We can hear ALL background noise! If you have to move around, wash your hands, fix supper----please put your phone on mute! Do not try to listen to the radio show from your computer, while you are on the phone. It disturbs the show. We can hear you driving, walking, and going to the bathroom. Yes, we have had all of this to happen on live radio! Once I start to speak, your mic is open--people can hear you.If you only want to listen to the show as a guest, please visit our website and you can listen from the live feed. The phone lines will only hold a limited amount of callers. Let's save the phones for people who would like to speak to the authors and make comments. You can CHAT live in our chatroom too!The sound of your TV or radio, cellphone ringing, and traffic in the background also ruins our broadcast.
Turn off all cell phones in the background. These shows are syndicated all over the world! Let's try to keep it professional. If you have small children or pets, please try to get help in assisting them while you are on this 2-hour broadcast. Bring water to sip on before calling in, it helps.Call from a land-line phone if at all possible. If you must use a cell phone, please charge your cell phone or cordless home phones to process a 2 hour phone call. If you drop the line, please call back immediately. Join the conversation and do not try to explain what happened. Do not try to answer your home phone call waiting while on the show.
