          Meet Author Robert L Mitchell

Robert Mitchell, who is known to his family and friends as Bobby Mitchell, is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His mother died at an early age. He has one brother and they were raised by their grandmother, aunt and uncle. He graduated from West Philadelphia High School and served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. For the last eleven years, he has resided in Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. He is the President and CEO of Starmakers LLC, a professional promotional and Publicity Company. After a successful career in the accident investigation field, he decided to share some of his life experiences with the reading public. Another Man’s Seed is a unique and welcomed addition to the literary world. He has other works on the drawing board. So, stay tuned!

Robert Mitchell’s Mission, author of Another Man's Seed The mission of Robert L. Mitchell, the president of Starmakers LLC is to bring attention to the ever-growing problem of child abandonment. Having raised his own child and another person’s child, Mr. Mitchell uses himself as an example, as he seeks to advise others as they raise their own children, adoptive children or those who become guardians to children who are in the social service system. Throughout his life, Mr. Mitchell has been a philanthropist, a leader in the community and a supporter of the “common man”. Mr. Mitchell plans to continue this support by establishing a foundation that will support children in the social service system and the adults who serve them. A portion of every book sold will be donated to this very worthy cause.

Author Robert L. Mitchell was blessed with a God-given gift for being able to relate to children. When he was young, he took care of his younger relatives and as he grew older, he mentored his nieces and nephews. As a Dad, Robert L. Mitchell balanced the role of father and friend and was able to successfully raise a daughter and a son. Through his writing, he wants to motivate and support men and women as they raise their children. Robert wants to reach out to foster children who need parents, offering support and services for them, as they wait for adoptive parents and/or guardians.
